Cancellation & Refund Policy
YourAlai subscription plans for premium AI tools, community features, and automotive resources auto-renew monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, allowing full access until then—no prorated refunds for already paid periods.
Cancellation Process
• Log into your account settings on YourAlai.com and select “Cancel Subscription” anytime; confirmation will specify the exact end date aligning with your next billing cycle.
• Requests processed immediately, but access continues uninterrupted until the cycle ends to maximize value during paid time.
• No changes retroactive; annual plans run full term without interruption.
Refund Policy
No refunds issued for subscriptions already paid or partially used—full access granted through the current billing period post-cancellation.
